Where to send it

Pick the right line

Three kinds of message reach us, and each has a faster route than the others.

For players

Choosing or ordering a bat

Tell us your height, the weight you normally play with and where you score most of your runs. We'll recommend the right grade, weight and player profile — and say so if a less expensive bat suits you better.

Order, delivery or warranty

Send your order number and we'll check where your bat is. For a warranty question, send photos of the bat and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a defect or normal wear.

Common questions

Quick answers

How do I choose the right bat?
Message us on WhatsApp with your height, your usual bat weight and where you score most of your runs. We'll recommend the grade, weight and player profile that suit your game — and we'll tell you if a cheaper bat is the better buy for you. That honesty is the whole point of talking to the maker.
Can I order a custom bat?
Yes, and there's no extra charge. Choose your player profile, exact weight, handle shape, size and have your name laser engraved. Tell us how you bat and we'll build to it.
How long will my bat take?
About five days in the workshop — three to craft, then oiling, knocking in and a toe band fitted, then dispatch. India usually 5–7 days after that; international under 7 working days, tracked. We send photos of the finished bat before it ships.
Something's wrong with my bat. What now?
Send us clear photos on WhatsApp along with your order number. We'll tell you honestly whether it's a defect covered by the 12-month handle warranty or normal wear — and if it's repairable, how to do it.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes — to retailers, clubs, academies and distributors worldwide, including OEM and private-label bats under your own brand. See our manufacturer and wholesale page or email us for the trade price list.

A real person.

Ask us anything about willow, weight, grades or your own game. We'd rather answer ten questions than sell you the wrong bat.
